Refund Policy

At Artreem delivering high-quality products is our starting point. But you are not satisfied? Then you can return the products ordered by you up to 30 days after the order date.

In the unlikely event that you would like to make use of this arrangement, you must return the products in new condition and original packaging and enclose a fully completed return form. You can contact us for this return form at info@artreem.com

In order to accept the return, we require proof of order/payment.

Please note: We only accept unused and complete items. Should a product not meet our conditions, we cannot accept the return. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
